You may request a full refund if:

  • You cancel within 7 days of payment
  • No work has been commenced on your project
  • No strategy sessions have been conducted

Partial Refund (After 7 Days)

Partial refunds may be considered if:

  • We fail to deliver agreed-upon services
  • There are significant delays caused by our team
  • Services do not meet the specifications in your agreement

Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed strategy sessions and consultations
  • Delivered creative work and content
  • Services performed over 30 days ago
  • Third-party advertising spend
  • Custom development work that has been completed

Refund Process

  1. Contact Us: Email refunds@siridigitalpush.com with your request
  2. Review Period: We will review your request within 5 business days
  3. Decision: We will notify you of our decision with reasoning
  4. Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days

Please include the following in your refund request:

  • Any relevant documentation or correspondence
  • Preferred refund method

Refund Methods
